How the kit works
The kit has two parts. The cleaner lifts dirt, mildew and gray, weathered wood fibers. The brightener follows to neutralize the cleaner and lighten the wood back toward its natural color, which helps the stain go on evenly and look richer.

Then what?
Once the wood is clean and dry, stain it with TWP 100, TWP 1500 (VOC states) or, for shakes and shingles, TWP 200.
