TWP for VOC states - and everyone else
TWP 1500 gives you the TWP look and protection in a low VOC formula you can buy anywhere in the country.
Who should choose TWP 1500?
- Anyone in a VOC-regulated state (TWP 100 can't ship there)
- Homeowners who want a one-coat job
- Decks, fences, siding, log homes and wood roofs - new wood or previously treated
- People who want the lower-odor, lower-solvent option
How it protects your wood
TWP 1500 is an EPA-registered preservative, so it guards above-ground wood against decay. Its pigments soak up UV to slow graying and fading, it keeps water from getting into the boards (less warping, splitting and freeze damage), and it holds off mold and mildew. Apply it with a brush, roller or sprayer and clean up with mineral spirits.
TWP 1500 colors
1500 Clear has no UV protection - pick a tinted color for sunny decks. 1530 Natural matches TWP 101 Cedartone.
Your TWP 1500 weekend
- Day 1: clean and brighten with Restore-A-Deck, rinse well, and let the wood dry.
- Day 2 or 3: once the wood is dry, apply one even coat - about 200 sq. ft. per gallon.
- Wait: 12-36 hours to dry at around 70°F, 24 hours before walking on it, and 3 days before furniture.
WoodDeckStain.net sells TWP 1500 at dealer pricing and ships it to all 48 continental states.
